Hi, Can anyone answer these questions, I have succesfully reclaimed charges from Shabbey, but as they dragged their heels so much and were dificult from the start, and now that i have read so articles regaurding charging the banks for the time spent pursuing our claims i wondered how to go about it? also have another claim in place at the mo, i have issued that court form N1, now the bank has bounced yet another DD, how can i go about adding this charge to the claim or will it have to go onto a second subsquent claim? Its great to read about people getting settled by abbey, however I'm getting a little nervous now, court date is day after tomorrow and no sign of settlement:-| Has anyone heard of abbey actuly attending the court hearing? bizzer.

Got my court date coming up fast, judge set a stay for shabby of about 2 months. court date set for 1st may. just in case i'm the unlucky one that shabby wants to see in court I think i'd better put my case together and get it down on paper. i'll have to get a copy to them 14 days prior to court. But my minds gone blank and i cant put anything together, has anyone out there put pen to paper yet regaurding a case to present at court???????????????? Some help is much needed. Bizzer:???:

Filed Claim Against Shabbey, They Have Registered Their Intention To Defend The Claim, And Entered Their Defence, Now I Have An Allocation Questionair To Fill Out. Can Anyone Advise As To What I Should Enter In Section G (other Information), If Anything. Also The Court Sent A Form About Mediation, Has Anyone Gone Down This Route? If I Reject It Then I Have To Give My Valid Resons Why. Can Anyone Out There Help?

You Say I Do Need To Send Copies Of Letters To The Court, Are These Copies Of All The Letters I've Sent To Abbey, Such As Abbey 'data Protection', 'request For Payment' And Lba Letters?

Filling Out Form N1, Under The 'value' Heading, Do I, As I Have Already Received A Part Payment From Abbey Show The Original Amount Claimed Minus The Part Payment, Or Do I Just Show The New Updated Reduced Amount? And Do I Display The Figure For Interest At 8% Under 'value'? Or Is That Just Shown In The Total Amount Claimed Box? Also Do I Send Copies Of The Schedule Of Charges With The Form To The Court?

Hi, when filling in form N1 do i put full names and addresses in for claimant and defendant?

Hi, can anyone please give me a hint on filling out my claim form N1, using the sample from the libaray i think that goes onto page 2 of the form under the heading of particulars of claim, but if that is the case then what goes on page 1 under 'brief details of claim' & then under 'value'?
