  3. The court knows they have agreed to settle, i phoned them to check they had recieved the same letter as i had, as the court date was imminent. I haven't wriiten a letter to confirm the settlement though but the court date has now passed (28th June)
  4. Thats what i thought. I also checked the calender and found its already over 3 weeks since they agreed to pay.
  5. Gave them a call and got the same reply as i always do, someone will call me back. They seem to be having trouble finding me on their computer system.
  6. Hi, Sorry about the length of time for the reply. I don't have an order from the court setting out the terms of the settlement, only a letter from Lloyds solicitors agreeing to settle. Should i phone the court and ask if they can enforce it?
  7. My case was due in court on the 28th June. Recieved a letter from Lloyds solicitors on the 26th June agreeing to settle the claim and the money would be in my account in five working days. Problem is i still haven't recieved any money. Phoned Lloyds solicitors on 10th July and was told that they would look into why it has been delayed and someone would get back to me in the next couple of days. But nobody has. What do i do now?
  8. Hello, I am putting together my court bundle but don't have my terms and conditions from when my account was open. My account was opened for me by my parents around when i was 12 (1992) and they have none of the information from then. I am claiming charges from 2000 onwards, is it ok to use the terms and conditions from then? And if so where can i get them from? I have tried to use the internet archive wayback machine but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks
  9. I sent the letter and the court continued with proceedings i am now sending them a spreadsheet of all the penaltys with a letter explaining why i fell they are unfair as asked.
  10. Hello, I a joint account with my girlfriend with HSBC. My girlfriend also has a single current account with HSBC. Do we have too claim for each account separately or can we combine them to one case. Thanks
  11. No i didn't get a reply of that sort. Spoke to court and all i have to do is send a spread sheet of all my fines and a note saying why i think they are unfair.

    Help needed

I have just got a letter back from the court asking me to file and serve an amended claim form setting out the charges and dates i allege are a disproportionate penalty and why. How do i do this and what should i write?
  13. I have contacted the court who have asked me to write a letter stating no agreement has been reached. I was wondering if it is was worth mentioning Lloyds continuous use of the court system to delay proceedings?
  14. No i didn't try to contact them as they asked for the stay. I will phone the court now and see what they say

    1 Month stay

The judge at the county court ordered a 1 month stay on my case, i assume because Lloyds asked for extra time to settle out of court. However this time has now passed and i have heard nothing from Lloyds or the court. What should i do?
