  1. Hi I need to advise. My farther recently passed away and being the executor of his estate Virgin Mobile are demanding payment for his 18 months contract, with only 10 months remaining. I have read their online terms and conditions but unable to find anything of relevance. For the past 6 months I have called various departments and every time I called I had to explain the situation again without any resolution. I have even called Carphonewarehouse and they said contract should end under such circumstances. Moreover, we are not able to use the current line because according to Virgin we have cancelled the line and therefore they are unable to reactive and we needed to speak with Carphonewarehouse, which I did and was told otherwise. Can you or anyone provide with some Rights insight?
