  1. Thanks guys. It was just credited to my account, no formal offer has been made.
  2. I've just checked my account with Lloyds and having started my claim for £1403 in July last year they have paid £842 into my account. Has anyone else had a similar experience? My hearing is on wednesday and i was just wondering if i can still go through with my case as i haven't recieved full settlement? Also, is it worth calling SC&M to push for full settlement? Any help would be much appreciated.
  3. Thanks Guido, court date is set for 14th March, court bundle should have been issued 12th January.
  4. Hi, i wonder if anyone can help. I've taken my eye of the ball as regards my claim with LLoyds and have just realised my court bundle is a month overdue. I have still not recieved anything from SCM, do you think i'll be ok if i get it at ASAP? Anyone else been in the same boat?
  5. Thanks Gary, I am at defence and AQ stage so am going to send two copies of my schedule of charges (which has my account number on it) when i return the AQ.
  6. Feeling a bit silly as i've realised that while everything else in my POC are correct i haven't included my account number. I only have one account with Lloyds and they have acknowledged the fact I have an account with them, should I still file an amendment to the claim with an N244 or is it possible to carry on. Any help greatly appreciated!
  7. Thanks guys, you're comments have been really helpful and have inspired me to keep going. Like others of you, my account details were in my POC although I haven't submitted a schedule of the charges to MCOL. I will be including this with my AQ and LLoyds can have a third copy of them if they so wish. I'll keep you posted on the outcome...
  8. Hi all, I have been using this site for a while now and have got some way through with claiming charges back from Lloyds. I completed an online claim, but have received a defence from Lloyds in tha mail today. They say that the particulars of my claims do not comply with civil procedure rules as (amongst other things) they do not identify the account in question or provide a breakdown of the charges I am claiming, which is true, I only put in an overall sum. They add that I should be ordered to file and serve an amended claim to set out the basis in law and fact for the claim as there is no pleaded basis for the claim. Given Lloyds' response should I file an amended claim? If so how would I go about doing this. My local County Court has just sent through the defence plus an allocation questionnaire. Any help will be much appreciated.
