  2. Advice please. 16th August 22 I sent a SAR and CCA request to lowells recorded and also a debt write off letter including Dhmef letter. I heard nothing until 19th September from lowells. 1 letter regarding SAR was very vague only showed account numbers for debts they had ,no names of original creditors etc nothing else. Also recieved a email regarding the debt write off this too was vague, basically acknowledgement of receiving it. Now all there letters have stopped and harrasing emails have stopped too. Also I have a ccj with cabot they also have put the account on hold for 6 months. What should I do next
  3. Do I need to declare disability benefit Pip and my child's disability,,,reason I ask they are not means tested and shouldn't be classed as income ,,the money I receive is for disability support etc and needs
  4. Received a letter from lowers, offering a discount on the alleged debt. It is npower energy ( I originally contested the bill amount back in 2013 and refused to pay it until they did a new meter reading which they didn't. I moved from that address in 2016 at that time npower hadn't supplied the energy since 2014 I switched to gb energy. I previously notified lowers in 2020 that the debt is unproven and statuet barred. Why are they trying again. Cheers
  5. No I've never admitted the debt due to health issues were my priority because of chemotherapy and mental health. The original debt was for 1000 with fashion world catalogue now it's 1450
