  1. alright i will get this done. i will have access to a scanner in the morning so then i can upload the pdf so you can see what is on there. from reading the gov website and the letter again it states that i have 14 days from the date of the letter which is dated 20/7/22 to make full payment to avoid further action as it is stated that the case is currently not subject to high court or bailiff action at the moment but if i don't contact them in time then they may proceed further. On the DCBL letter the date of the CCJ was the 24/5/22 but the letter notifying me about the Unpaid CCJ was sent on the 20/7/22 as stated and dated on the letter itself
  2. alright thanks for the advice i will pay the ccj. my only thing is the county court judgement was enforced on the 24/5/22 but the letter was dated on the 20/7/2022 do you think i will be in enough time to get the ccj removed from my file before it affects me properly as i will pay immediately
  3. As the title says i have recently received a letter from Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd (DCBL) for a parking ticket on private land that i had no knowledge of and i believe that i am not at fault for. Back in November 2021 i had taken my car in for a service at my car dealership and bear in mind this was all pre-booked with the dealership. I had parked my car within the car park in the complex where the dealership is as its accompanied by other stores also in the same area. parked my car in one of the bays and went to the dealership to give my car keys in so that they can start the works. I left thinking nothing of it and came back a few hours later once i got the call to return for my car after the service was done. Not at any point did the mechanic who dealt with my car or anyone at the dealership say there was any parking tickets on my car or anything like that. fast forward to now i checked my credit score on the off chance and see a CCJ was added on my file. i chased up to find out who it was and it was from the Vehicle control services who are the claimants that state i shouldn't have parked there and are in pursuit of a fine. i am really worried as i'm looking to get a mortgage in the future and don't want this on my file. the letter i received today states that if i pay the fine of £277 that it would be removed from my file if i pay in 30 days from the letter dated which was the 20th of july 2022. if anyone knows what i should do please tell me, i would be very grateful. Also to note at the time of the fine i had recently moved a few days prior to the offence so was changing all my details over so the claim was sent to my old address but the current tenants at my old address said nothing came through but this one came today and thats how i found out, by them notifying me. I have no letters or anything that substantiates their claim of my so called wrong doing.
