Ok everything was sent off . Have today received an email from the planning office clerk ,saying that she has spoke to a planning officer ,and planning permission IS REQUIRED to erect their signage.

Cannot see any PP ,but waiting on email from planning department for confirmation of no application.

Does the snotty need to be sent to VCS Sheffield . Thanks

How’s this Thank you so much for your Letter of Claim. I find it funny that you would even think that I would take all this rubbish from you seriously enough to put my hand in my pocket. Your companies, the greedy VCS/Excel outfits ,couldn’t resist adding that extra £70 Unicorn Food Tax , to the already ridiculous £100 charge. Think that’s a big own goal ! You and I both know, judges don’t like these made up extras do they. The choice is yours , you can drop this stupidity or get a well publicised roasting in court. Either solution is fine by me. However I would take great pleasure in obtaining an unreasonable costs order under CPR27.14(2)(g) to spend how I wish, maybe a holiday. I look forward to hearing from you ,or not .

Sorry ,but I didn’t speak to any parking attendant , didn’t even see one. Spoke to my manager about parking and if I needed a staff note.

Ok ,I’m back in work tomorrow (we’d 20th July) I will be making enquiries about getting this pcn cancelled , and about these so called valid permits. in the meantime my dad is putting together a snotty letter.

Hi ,just an update , will be going through all my letters from the scammers over the weekend ,and will get sorted for my response to their LBC . Will say I’ve been on to the myparkingcharge website to see the pics they have , they have a few pics of my car , my reg , their small sign on a wall and a pic of my staff note on the dash . Seems they might make a fuss of their own valid permit not used , when reading their sign. Also ,this website never mentions VCS , but does mention that myparkingcharge and the central processing office is a trading style of the Excel ParkingServicesGroup , and lets you “ pay now “ by calling a number , this is the same number used to pay your charge with VCS too.

Just to add brassnecked , the staff note that I left on the dash is clearly visible on the pictures that were taken of my vehicle .
