On 10/10/2019 i was alledgedly given a parking fine for overstaying the 2hrs in Morrisons, Sutton, Surrey.
I was only made aware of this alledged offence in March 2022 by an initial letter from DCBL and each month thereafter more threatening letters arrived.
Firstly there was no parking fine issued to my car, no registration details were taken upon entry to car park nor upon exiting. No photographic evidence has accompanied these letters to clarify the alledged offence. Why does it take nearly 2.5 years to notify, i have googled this company and the 100's of reviews from people, all saying this is a scam!!
