I bought a car from a second hand dealer (part ex my old car aswell). After a month I noticed there was a leak in the driver footwell. After keeping on at them for 2 weeks, they finally took it in and fixed it. However, I have just noticed that it's still leaking. Can I ask for my money back? I haven't even had the car for 3 months yet.
