Hi, Hoping someone may be able to help me a little. I have had a claim form arrive today for a debt with NPower that has been purchased by Lowell. All forms were enclosed but wondered how i would be able to ask for proof of the debt ie statements of the account? I have thought about SAR but not sure i would get one back within the time frame required. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
