Haven Bank Retail Park Exeter - parking charge We have received a parking charge from SMART PARKING for £90 or £54 if paid within 14 days. The letter shows a photo of our car entering the car park and exiting site. The offence date was on 23rd April with the letter dated 06 May. I received the letter today 09 May. We are customers at the bowling alley. We must have missed the parking signboard. Is there a way to appeal or contest these charges as the amount is too excessive? Thank you.
