hi just received a email letter from hoist finance for notice of assignment even so they said on the 14/06/2022 that unfortunately they are unable to provide a copy of a cca do i reply to them its 2 pages long thank you Sedrick.

hi dx100uk thanks for that they did send a copy of the loan agreement from 1998 is it still safe to stop paying Moorcroft .

Moorcroft debt recovery have sent me a statement from 1998 -2007 on the statement £(11,000 loan )/ ( ppi £2,701) ( intrest £4,700 ) i dont think they should be adding the ppi the interest is very high what do you think.

barclaycard debt now with cabot wrong card number on their billing have paid through step change £1,515 plus they have no cca cabot say its just a mistake it will be right phoned barclays up that account does not exist still waiting for a reply from cabot
