Car has been back for the one time chance to repair. It came back with the same fault and an additional one for good measure.

I have proof. I sent the dealer a message that I have on my phone on 7th Jan 2022 about nine days after purchase. also have his reply

Bought car 30 Dec 2022, immediately had a fault, dash showing that lights were not working. AA approved dealer said he would ask his mechanic and never got back to me. after messaging him with no response I contacted the AA. he then replied and booked it in for repair on 5th April. Got the car back and immediately it was the same problem but with an additional fault on parking sensors. can I get my money back and how. car was £8000
