  1. yes EE acknowledge they receive it and yes i have a copy . Yes you don't get proof of posting a letter in prison.
  2. Back in 2018, I went to prison, I wrote to EE from prison to place my account on hold, EE claimed they never received the letter and they only received this letter January 2019 . Which they acted on and immediately closed my account. Now I'm out of prison and checked my credit file , only to find out that EE placed a default on my credit file back in august 2018 due to non payment. I have gone to the ombudsman but they said there was no evidence that EE received the when i sent the letter and so the default was correctly registered. I will like to take EE to court but i don't know how to go about it . Any advice on what to do and how to go about it
