Thank you dx100uk for reply I will call them and ask for that. I am little bit afraid that they will promise, but not gonna deliver on the promise though. I did not file a defence as I am not in a good place right now and don't have the time or energy to fight it. Just chose not to fight this battle

I had a money claim against me by Lowell Portfolio I LTD, represented by Overdales solicitors for a credit card debt . I did intend to pay it, as I am not in a position to deal with it right now, but tried to win time as I didnt have the money at the time. Unfortunately I haven't received any letters that judgement was issued against me and didn't see that judgement was issued against me on the MCOL website on 05 Jan 2022. History of claim : Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 07/12/2021 at 23:37:50 Your acknowledgment of service was received on 08/12/2021 at 08:05:18 A judgment was issued against you on 05/01/2022 at 19:08:45 Amount Claimed -£244.43, Court Fee £35.00, Solicitor Costs £50.00 Total Amount £329.43 , Issue Date 18/11/2021 I am aware that if the debt was paid in a month's time the CCJ would have been removed from my file . My question is - am I too late to clear the judgement against me, if I pay it now ? If so how can I do it ? Thank you for the help in advance
