Hi, I recently received an NTK (in date ) but the images shown on them are not date stamped and one of the pictures is "blurry" making it difficult to see the reg -(although the time and date are stated separately on the form) Ive done some googlefu but cant seem to find anything relating to the legal requirements of picture evidence. Can some point me in the right diretion?
