  1. I bought a hair product that I wanted to return . The hair company told me to send it back off my own back. I sent it through Hermes. This device was worth £138 and I bought compensation for up to £150. I have attached everything including where I bought it and my order details and my invoice from Hermes. Apparently that isn’t enough I don’t know what I can do. When I ring because my parcel can’t be found it makes me go to the online robot I’m so ANNOYED AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE HAIR COMPANY £138 I want to also note I made a claim form and that team after a month is still saying there’s no evidence when I have tons
