Hello, I'm trying to end my membership with David Lloyd and their terms and conditions state: At any time you can end your membership if: • you are suffering from a medical condition which means you are unable to use your club’s sports facilities (this does not include pregnancy, but does include a medical condition that arises during pregnancy); • you lose your employment or are declared insolvent I have sent them a p45 as proof of loss of employment but they say this is not something they accept as proof. Does anyone know what my rights are as surely that's ridiculous.
