I have taken time to read all your responses this morning and want to convey my gratitude to you all for showing me some clarity and creating a better perspective. I really need a weekend off from thinking about this situation.

I have the evidence to show which car parks were showing free for blue badge holders up until 25th May 2021. The other photos I was trying Acquire , was of the inadequate signage inside and around the carpark back (if any in the carpark) on the 16th April 2021. As suggested I’ve looked on google street. I’ve only been able to find images of the carpark before March 2021 I’m not sure it is 50/50 whether I end up CC? I have made it aware in this thread, I have received a response from ELMs Legal last week. As of the 28/2/22 if I’ve not paid or offered instalments by this date legal action or proceeding to recover the debt will begin. So based on this information… And Looking at the worst case scenario above and the grave external factors that impact my life daily I need to prepare paperwork now. From my understanding I will only have 30 days to get paperwork together? I have no idea where to begin with this??

I was parked in a disabled bay Backcester a lane, Three Spires Centre. The carpark directly opposite Argos I have contacted ads_uk in the first instance following his advice I have printed off the documents stating which car parks were free up until 25th May 2021 I contacted J. Granger the councillor whom ads_uk Not once as she responded to me. However I now have access to her contact number and will seek help in calling her to see if she can help me. I have written evidence that the TSSC (or Excel parking services) did not acquire planning permission to put a ANPR or Associated signage. And still had not acquired PP up until November 2021. Through my investigation there has now been a case sighted against them from LDC Since this Fiasco began I think excel has since put up new signage but there was still no planning permission acquired by them. Excel sent an image of parking signs within the carpark however there not the carpark I was parked in. And I don’t believe the photo to be authentically dated. The signs that had been put are higher. So unless your walking around looking up or 6ft …..They were not noticeable!

I’ve have the info stating parking was free to disabled drivers. Unfortunately I’ve not been able to get any images of the signage from the previous year. As I didn’t get the PCN until 12 weeks later so know photos

I now fully understand this and through reading vast amounts of information regarding both these companies. I should of ignored from the onset. Right now I feel in mental turmoil over this because it’s unjust. And goes against my morale fibre and how I choose to live following the law. This has been a painful experience at the cost of my health

I’m not a legal expert neither are the ppl helping. I came to this site 5 months after correspondence had already take on. You all seem to be experts in this or have a least experience of dealing with these situations. I’ve been honest. I’d been shielding for nearly 18 months alone!!!! I displayed my blue badge in a carpark I had used for over a decade. I paid for a ticket not knowing the circumstances of the carpark because another blue badge holder warned the carpark May have changed, but wasn’t be sure. The rest is history…. I’m getting rinsed by carpark crooks. It’s a lose lose situation all round. I’d rather go to court fighting at least I can hold my head up high knowing this

All I have done was follow people advice who were trying to help me navigate through this through something I have no understanding off. It’s appalling that I’m in this situation. They’re not trained in legal matters snd neither am I. Thanks for your honesty

They're saying I put in the wrong Reg, I dispute that. In my research I have found a local person on FB said she had issue with the machine. Dx I constantly mess things up for myself. If only you knew! You could write a film about my life… lol. Reason why I’m so worried about going to CC I can’t even afford to put my heating on in my house so £257 is a massive deal to me It pays for treatment that I can get on the national health

Hi Peeps, So i have opened the letter today from Elms I have until 28/2/22 to pay. As i expected! The letter states that legal proceedings will start from this date if i do not pay. It also gives me an option to pay installments. I have tried to convert the letter to upload to the system. However i can not work how to do this on my iphone. Even with the instructions & explanation kindly supplied.

When I take a photo it doesn’t the thread/doesn’t allow me to add the file! I’ll have attempt tomorrow

I guess thats true.. I received another letter yesterday from Elms Legal, however I’m not brave enough to open it yet, due to my health etc etc It will be looked at after the weekend when I can seek well-being support. I have no idea what the time scale will be before the CC papers turn up on my doorstep.

And it goes on… last week I received a letter from A company called Elms Legal. I’m not sure if this is an independent debit recovery company. Or it’s Excel Parking Services also trading alongside this company putting pressure on me. Either way I think this will end up CC. I’ve written to my MP, my local council feel like I’m waiting like a sitting duck.

What should I post?

I’ve disputed it saying why I shouldn’t pay! if you know of anything else I can say then please let me know so I can forward further information. I have also asked for every piece of personal data they hold of me under the Data Protection Act (I can’t remember the technical word that I used) but got advice on this

The litigation & debt department tried to get me to submit my private finances however after calling CAB consumer advice line. They told me not send Excel any of my financial details. I suppose I’m now waiting for a court date? However I’m overwhelmed with the jargon. Some suggested I use para 12 of the PoFA but I do not understand what it means or how it helps. At this point I’ve contact Excel under the Data Protection Act I’ve requested all the information the company as on me FYI there has now been a planning permission case filed against the landowner because they have no planning permission to put up ANPR camera or associated signage apparently this doesn’t help me whatsoever. I just want to say no matter the outcome of this. Thank you too each and everyone of you who have commented on my thread in offer of support. It’s been a very difficult few months with one thing and other and with this adding to it

In response To lookinforinfo I paid cash no proof of purchase as it’s a ticketless system that’s how they’ve got me on that one In response To dx100uk I did park in a disabled bay using my blue badge showing with time indicator on what they class as the middle level section. To lookinforinfo I found the website and followed your instructions but it doesn’t come up as you mentioned. After entering visitlichfield.co.uk/accessibility (& date) however the next page gives a list of drop down options or advanced search (at the bottom) I tried for sometime entering different words etc but no joy on finding this page Wow after another hour and not giving up I found the archive up to 25/5/21 stating the free parking for disabled badge holders. I’ve no idea if this will assist me. Next thing is trying to find out info regarding the planning permission
