Finally got the appointment changed. Was on hold for 50 minutes. the time frame is from April21 until October 21 which has been normal childcare up until September which I changed online but it decreased by over half.

Hi I received a letter for an interview, which I can’t attend trying to call the number to reschedule but I can’t seem to ever get through. Stressing out as worried about the interview anyway. I don’t know why I’ve got one, my child has been going to childcare from the time frame, only changed the last month which I did change.
