  1. I ordered some tyres online through 123tyres.co.uk on the 30th September. The order was accepted and invoiced and I was advised that "Delivery date: The items were sent out on 30.09.2021 and will probably arrive on 8.10.2021." I was provided with tracking numbers on the 30th September. To date these tyres have not arrived. I have emailed the company and they tell me that they are "stuck in Customs" and they are unable to advise on when I will receive them. I asked who the shipping company was and have been advised that it is DPD and also that the tyres are being shipped directly from Germany. If I input the tracking number(s) into the DPD website, it states that: Order information was transmitted to DPD on the 30.09 @ 17:37 Handled by Customs (Oldbury UK) on the 30.09 @ 17:11 Call me suspicious but given that they were on dispatched on the 30th from Germany, I wonder how they could possibly be being handled by Customs in the UK on that same date and surely there would be tracking information for them from Germany to the UK.... My questions is where do I standing legally to reclaim my money as I need to get tyres fitted? The company are unable to provide me with any sort of delivery date - not even an estimate - which I have had confirmed in writing. Any help much appreciated.
