  1. Please can I ask as this claim involves an old style mobile phone account and also a personal loan and a credit card. Do I send a combined cpr 31:14 or two seperate letters to the solicitor please? Or does the mobiles bill not count as telecoms? Thank you.
  2. Thankyou. I will need to check tonight on my bank statements. I need to see if I can get the details of who I paid on debt management also whi I paid up until 2 years ago this month. We stopped paying this then as I left my job and we were short for a few months then we never got back onto it.

I think they were all after this Do you recall how you entered into the agreement...On line /In branch/By post ? I think the mobile phone was in a mobile supermarket type shop and the others were probably online / over the phone but I cannot honestly remember Is the debt showing on your credit reference files (Experian/Equifax /Etc...) ? Not sure - I will check and update later if needed Has the claim been issued by the original creditor or was the account assigned and it is the Debt purchaser who has issued the claim. I was in a debt management plan but stopped paying as I could not afford it at the time due to losing my job.
