Hi I hope you can advise me. I had sent a bridal gown which on ebay i got an offer for 200 pounds, I thought of sending via hermes courier however this people said that they lost my parcel and offered to pay 20 and delivery charges, I received that amount in my bank. However I still want to fight for loss of parcel. I called up hermes to threaten, they said court cannot do anything as it is mentioned in the terms & conditions that goods should be insured. I didn't insure this parcel because I didn't knew that parcel would go lost in ""UK" Please advise if I can still go in county court and claim the remaining balance. Thanks
