  1. I was paying Uncle Buck £1 a month towards my debt uptil August 2020. I was paying them direct but was contacted by Conexus as they were dealing with the debt & according to them my repayment plan had failed each month etc etc. I heard nothing from November 2020 till March 2021. In March I got a settlement offer as well as a 'doorstep' visit email. As Uncle Buck are no more, can Conexus do anything? I'm tempted to ask for a CCA just to shut them up.
