HI All, I'm new here. I received a letter this week from dcbLegal Ltd, called Letter of Claim, saying i have to pay £155 for parking in a Highview Parking location. The issue date is 3/4/2017!!! This is the first I've heard of it. I have no recollection of parking in this location from over 4 years ago. I have had about 4 cars since the one that is mentioned. And moved house twice too.
