Hello, just found this thread and thank you so much. I too have just received a letter from CST on behalf of smartParking LTD, I allegedly parked on private land for a total of 8 minutes 2 years ago and they want £170 payment. (The original letter did send photographs of my car entering their ‘private land and leaving) I have ignored debt recovery up to this point but got the letter from CST this morning titled LETTER BEFORE CLAIM with 30 days to respond and they succeeded in getting my attention. would your advise be to send a similar draft of the above to them or continue to ignore?
