  2. I just addressed my letter to the hospital but it was dealt with by Robert Rutty. car parking admin support Estates and facilities management directorate. I have an email address if it is OK to include that here.
  3. Thanks to your advice I contacted the hospital and the notice has been cancelled. They claimed the message was sent to place us on the exemption list but due to signal issues it was not added resulting in the ticket. It has been confirmed as cancelled. Thanks again.
  4. Thanks that is reassuring. Do you have any idea who I should address a letter to at the hospital. I have emailed the PALs but not had any response yet. Not sure if they are the correct people to deal with. Thank you for your help.
  5. What happens then please as it is obviously after the 14 day period for payment at the lower rate. Also do you recommend that we contact the company direct to tell them what their staff are doing. Thank you. Your help is appreciated.

  7. We used the car park at Broomfield hospital today. When my husband went to pay, the meter was being emptied. The chap said he would take the details and he keyed them into his phone then said OK that is your ticket for the day. When we returned to the car a fine had been issued. We couldn't find any one to discuss this with. The fine was issued by Gemini parking solutions Please can you offer any advice. Thank you
