Hi I wonder if I could get some advice I have received a letter from Westcott Debt Collection Agency stating that they have been instructed on behalf of their Client, Cabot - LLOYDS TSB to make contact with me to discuss an outstanding balance on the account. Having been out of the UK since 2012 I am wondering what all this is about. I've attached a copy of the redacted letter here but should I contact them or just ignore it? Westcott.pdf
