Hi, We have been renting our house from a private landlord for the last 7 years. Unfortunately my landlady's health is in a bad way and she has been taken into care. Social services are taking control of the house and selling to pay for her care. We have been served our notice which in the current situation (Covid) we get 6 months. The house has went on the market, we are obviously worried about having a lot of people coming and going through the house, we have 5 children, one is a newborn and one has a heart condition so we have been very cautious. So we are just wondering were we stand with people viewing the property? Do we have to let them show people around for viewings? Thanks in advance
