I have one question if anyone has a spare moment - should I send the "letter before action" (http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=92) or wait until "before" the 22nd May, which is when they say they will answer the initial "Request for repayment of charges" by? This would mean me waiting more than 14 days, and I am not sure if they will see this as a sign of weakness - or maybe they don't track that!
