  3. Just wondering if I can do anything about this? Basically my dad is tryin to get his charges back and he phoned them up. Basically they said they had refunded the charges, etc etc, but it wasnt his account they were lookin at, it was mine. We're both J Davies except im JR Davies. So what you reckon?
  4. I dont remember. It was the letter they send you out to say you agree to accept they're offer.
  5. Quick update for you: Now is the last paragraph true or can I still claim against them? If I can I will start a money claim against them.
  6. Well im going to send a LBA with the amount of charges since and the owed £157 with a copy of the letter, therefore giving them 14days to sort it all out.
  7. I have the letter that was originally sent to me, its dated 28th March!!! still no money!
  8. Basically whats happened is that I was owed £157 from the bank and they agreed to refund that, that was over 2months ago and still no payment, now since then I have incurred another £210 worth of charges mainly cos they £157 wasnt paid in. So im going to phone them monday and basically tell them either this is all sorted over the phone monday or I will start money claim against them. Am I doing it the right way? I sent the prelim but never sent the LBA cos they agreed to refund me the money, so should I send a LBA or start again with a prelim? Cheers Jazz.
  9. What information do I need to sue Halifax? Evidence? Addresses? Anything else? Cheers Jazz.
