  2. I have read another thread relating to this car park but the poster didn’t comment if she was successful in ignoring them. I received a parking charge for the same car park. I didn’t notice the signs and I’m not the registered keeper of the vehicle. Fine has came through today. I wrongly assumed car parking charges had been suspended at the moment. Should I hold my hands up and pay. To be fair, I’m under a lot of pressure at the moment hubby was in hospital at the time of parking and I genuinely wasn’t thinking straight. Should I appeal and ask for the fine to be more reasonable or just pay full amount? Any help gratefully received.
