Hi i sent a response and this is has come from cash float not Western but I think they are the same anyway ?? I have not had any replies as they state and there is no mention of withdrawing the claim ? “ As I am your Case Manager all emails sent to Jeremy Lloyd have been forwarded to me and I have responded to them accordingly. Moving forwards, please send us your payment proposal and we will consider it. If it is acceptable we will create a Consent Order for you to sign and we will send this to the Court. Hi I have just received an email from the legal department@western circle claiming to not have had any response to emails regarding the court mediation hearing??? (See attached email) even though i have contacted them 4 times on the email address supplied on the court papers and to their client cervices email address all of which have not replied? I have asked for the claim to be withdrawn and i will agree to come to an agreement. Can you advise me on this letter and if i should reply as it is not the reply email that the court have stated. Looks like they have started the same claim all over again but for a different amount i'm taking it this amount will include the first payment i made on the loan which they did not adjust when making the court claim??? Hi everyone had a letter from the courts dealing with the mediation appointment and confirmed appointment cancelled and to now wait for the case to be issued to local court? Sent Western x4 correspondence via email to address stated on the court claim document and also added another western circle contact email into the email. Still no reply to any of them?? Also no answer from the phone number contact provided by the court!! I assume now i sit back and wait for this to be transferred to local court and use my attempt to resolve this issue as evidence to the court that i made an effort to resolve the matter and it is not my fault that it has got to this stage? Sorry dx lots of DCA's going around in my head at the moment. Yes emails gone to Western Circle who are named on the small claim form that also gives you an email correspondent and thats where the emails have gone. I didn't want to to send back the court paperwork (N9A Admission form) and admit anything and thought that this could be used at court stage, this was sent by letter? Are saying to send back the N9A i had form to Western and enter into an arrangement that way? Thank G

Hi dx only thing i have done is sent Wetcloths 2 emails saying i am willing to come to agreement on the small claim if agreed by both sides and the claim is dropped!! Hi still no reply to my above request to settle the claim i have just fired another request to the named email address on the small track claim and see what happens. I will not be able to make the Small claims Mediation Service appointment this week as i can not take the time off work so will inform them of this and hope this does not put me in foul of any requirements? I will also inform then of Westerns failure to reply to my settlement requests? Thanks G

Thanks Andy i understand. I have sent an email asking them to withdraw the claim and i will negotiate a settlement figure for repayment so just waiting on a response. Not sure they will go for this but i assume it will be in my favour if it goes to local court that i have made an effort to resolve they situation? Thanks G

Hi everyone I have got myself into a large amount of debt with many payday loan companies over the last 4-5 years I have just had a letter threatening action from Moriary Law with reference Sunny Loan account. The debt OC is Sunny Loans which i took out numerous loans from 2015 to 2018 Loan summary deposits into bank account: First loan May 2015 10 loan deposits up to end October Jan 2016 - December 2016 15 loan deposits Jan 2017 - December 2017 11 loan deposits Jan 2018 - October 2018 6 loan deposits Last payment made on loan account £100 August 2018 payments stopped due to financial difficulties and the debt is stated to be £1500 across 4 loan accounts? I have 4 outstanding loans that were sold on to DCA SLL Capital who have been chasing and now this has been sold on to another DCA October 2021 Moriarty Law!! they have now sent emails to say that they have set me up an online portal account to make payments. If no payments are made then court action will be taken. I have attached a letter that was sent by SLL Capital stating that the loads have been reduced through remediation but only the loans that are active? Any advice will be appreciated. Hi i will not be able to take 2 hours off work for mediation with the court. I do still have the mediation and expenditure forms from Western which i could complete. As stated above from what i can see from the returned documentation all relevant documents seem to be there so if it went to local court i would be very limited with a defence, would this mean that it would be advised to mediate? Any advise is very welcome. Thanks G
