Swift Advances (Britannia Capital Securities)

After sending a claim for unfair charges to swift we were informed that if over 6 years old then you can not reclaim any money back. what more can we do, they have told us to go to the Financial Ombudsman so they must think they have done everything right? -

Yeah I'm not sure about what happened to that sheet. My mum has no idea what that is all about, they have never sought legal action at all. I have managed to get all the stuff on to a PDF however it is over 4.88mb so wont let me upload it. -

Can I ask, once I have done these forms what am I looking for? Have there been successful claims against Swift Advances Ltd for unfair charges? Every topic on the forums stops at this points. Once I have done these forms whats the process?? She is still paying over £600 a month and I am desperate to give her some light at the end of the tunnel? -

So when taken out the interest rate was 1.02% monthly which is the same as 13.01% annually. It has risen to 14.04% a year now. -

Okay that’s great. Which spreadsheet are you talking about? where would I find that? on the paper work under arrears column these a figure and some times the figure is in brackets. Do you know what the difference is between a arrears figure with and without brackets? -
Hello, My mother took an unregulated secured loan in 2001 for a total amount of £31,075 including PPI which we have tried claiming back but was sold through broker who now don’t exist. When we requested SAR in Oct 2019 having added up payments made up to that point and including all payments sent up to sept 2020 she has paid £81,895.40 and still owes approx £40,000 (not an updated settlement figure) unfortunately she did default a few times in the first 3 years of the loan agreement however has not defaulted since November 2004. We frankly can not make head nor tail of the charges and subsequent interest added on the charges. I am so desperate to make some headway and get some clarity on what to do for her. PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOME HELP!!!!
