Hello. I got a letter this morning from Barclaycard. It says It then goes on to say Obviously the account is in default and has been bought by a DCA. I still don't think this on, because they have admitted they have done wrong, it's their fault the it went wrong. I'm trying to get the whole lot forgotten about. Can you suggest anything I can say to them to refund to me, not the DCA. I know I might not have a leg to stand on, but I think it's really bad. Thank you.
