  2. Got the full lot of statements on friday, so now its down to business.
  3. Today I went into my local branch to sort some things out regarding my account and a very nice lady was very co-operative, that is untill she said, "is there anything else"?. At which point i started to recite the now famous letter to her and her reaction was one of suprise. She said she would send an application form straight off today and i should get them all to my address within two weeks and all for £5. Ill keep you all posted on what happens. jeff
  4. Did you ring their main number or your branch number?? If you rang the main number, anychance of posting it here please. thanks
  5. Icefall,Im reading this thread with intrest and, as a barclay's customer, would like to know if you sent the original letter out of the libary, the one about the DPA, or did you just ring them up and ask, quoting the DPA material?. Because if so, then i will start to recover charges back.
  6. I like your style, as im with Barclays and I think i will do the same, but dont they charge per statement?, and if not then how did you get all of your statements for only £5?.
