    Roughly about then as I had to enter in to a trust deed & open a new bank account elsewhere

    Can anyone advise if it is possible to go back many years (approx 20) to claim extortionate bank charges applied to my rbs account? I held this account from approx 2000-2010 and had charges applied practically every month due to being caught in a poverty cycle.
