  1. I cancelled my direct debit without paying the last month as the gym was closed.
  2. Hello all, Hoping for some advice, I was a member of Gymbox who cancelled my membership when the branch I had a membership for failed to reopen back in July (the particular branch is still closed now). I submitted a cancellation notice (30 days notice required) and this was confirmed to me in writing. As the gym was not open during this notice period I cancelled my DirectDebit - I didn't think it fair to pay for a Gym I could not use. GymBox subsequently called me to ask me to pay and informed me I could have used another branch of the Gym durin
