Hello My wife is a special needs teacher at an academy special school. Our child's form group has been sent home from school because there is a case of COVID-19 in her group. My wife has been told by her academy HR department that she can only have 3 days paid time off per year for circumstances like this e.g. to look after an isolating child. I wonder if anyone knows the legal basis for this as it's not under her control. Thanks
