Anyone know where I stand on the fact that last night I refused delivery of an O2 phone from DHL (long story).
I ordered a new phone from Vodafone yesterday - and it was due to arrive today between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
At around one'o clock my wife answered the doorbell to DHL and took a phone delivery. She texted me and left it on the counter to say my phone had arrived.
I opened it and saw my new phone - happy days. But wait! that SIM is not vodafone it is O2!!
About an hour later we got a message from the vodafone guy saying he tried to deliver but couldnt ..
This is comical.
What are my rights here?
(Just to add I checked the DHL tracking number just now and they have not shown it on their system as being refused by us).
