Yesterday I was caught shoplifting by a store detective, even though he said I could leave if I hand over the goods I offered to pay for them and he agreed. Afterwards he escorted me out I asked him if I was banned and he said normally yes, but because I paid for the items he agreed not to ban me and gave me one more chance but he took my photo and said if I was caught shoplifting there again, he would call the police. Is that the end of it? If I go back there again they can’t claim I’m trespassing?
