  4. The supplier is tradeprices.com I informed them on the 23rd of may as that was when the plumber went to fit it and informed them by email.
  5. Can anyone help. I ordered a bathroom online from tradeprices.com this was received on the 20th April. When the order came my husband checked all items were received and we not broken. The plumbers came to fit it yesterday and the toilet they sent is the wrong one that I ordered, it’s is a floating one that doesn’t fit in our bathroom and we didn’t order that.   6. Thanks the debts are enforceable and I have received credit agreements. I now only pay them £2.54 and £5.19 each a month
  7. I have 3 defaults Halifax overdraft(down as current account) date of default 5.6.18 Intrum was Tesco credit card date of default 20.3.18 Link was Halifax loan date of default 21.2.18 thank you

  9. Hi all I was looking for some advice We have saved 12k for a deposit. My sister is gifting 20k towards our deposit. Me and my husband earn 50k basic a year before overtime which is about 5/10k extra a year. Our credit score are good on Experian but I have 3 defaults from 2018. I have 14k of debt left over 2 accounts that I currently pay £10 a month in total to in a standing order from bank. would I be in a position to safely do ahead for a mortgage looking a buying a property around 150/210k thank you

  16. No I have paid it all off it’s with the original creditor. I don’t understand I thought that it being an arrangement to pay account would affect my account for 6 years after it’s was paid off, I paid it off last month

  19. Yes that’s my point but they keep dismissing it saying the opposite so I don’t know how to argue back. My argument is they did and still are giving me false advice which I took and in turn put me in a worse financial situation. I have the CCA for this and all DSAR info. This debt is now paid in full
  20. I am going through an ongoing dispute with Sainsbury’s re them not backdating my default. This is my complaint - Sainsbury’s have got back to me and said they won’t uphold the complaint. They say the advise given about AP markers affecting your account less than defaults is correct which it clearly isn’t and that I didn’t state at the time when I was requesting everything in writing my mental health issues they were still ok to insist on my calling instead of communicating with me in writing which I think is incorrect, if I
