N/A 6. Did the NTK mention Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA) [Y/N?] N/A 7. If you appealed after receiving the NTK, did the parking company give you any information regarding the further appeals process? [it is well known that parking companies will reject any appeal whatever the circumstances] N/A 8. Who is the parking company? NE Parking 9. Where exactly [Carpark name and town] did you park? I want to Blackpool on the 17th July 2020 and parked in the last bay of NE parking on Bond Street pay and display. I paid the right amount of money. We came back early to find a parking ticket on my window. We parked best we could as cars where parked next to us. The ticket said ' not parking correctly within the markings of the bay.' this was not correct if we did it must have been a fraction. My partner struggles to get out of the car as he has two new hips. I saw a man taking photographs of other cars, asked him why I would get a ticket, his reply was look at the board on the wall. Please can you help I don't know if to pay or write to them.
