  1. Thank You, I have no court case experiences but I strongly believe this is my getaway card. I sent an email for Subject Access Request and inadequate signs entering the car park to hopefully win this one.
  2. Gladstone sent pictures when the driver was rightfully parked at Lakeside car park, they sent the pictures of Riverside car park. The driver was confused by the pictures and the driver expects the case to be dismissed but if not, I am looking forward toward my defence. *Sorry the drivers defence...
  3. I'm generally convinced that there is at least 2 users on MSE that's in my thread that has friends or family or even themselves that have similar line of work to MB or Gladstone. I don't mind different opinions but they're just throwing out playground insults to me for using that letter saying I'm stupid, prat, idiot etc etc for doing it and not including in the letter without prejudice so it can't be used against me in court. I think I'll leave MSE and just stick with CAG in this case.
  4. Ok I sent off my letter to Gladstone and MB, now the waiting game. I showed MSE and National Consumer Service my letter before claim response and the majority people were not impressed with my letter. But after reading this quote on CAG, it feels like the next best approach regardless: ''No, it is not a joke reply. The more you show these con artists respect the more they will try to fleece you. Don't fill in their Section D. Treat them with contempt. They're not the police or the council, they have no right to this money and they know it.'' I still feel I've made the r
  5. Ok thank you for the wise advice, I will reamend my response and get it sent to them via Royal Mail (with proof of postage) tomorrow.
  6. Ok, thank you for the responses. I have just finished my letter now and hopefully it's good enough. Dear Gladstones Solicitors, Much appreciated in providing me with a letter before claim, it’s helped me understand how to fight against these types of con artists for the future. Just to be clear, I have no interest what so ever in paying the £155 since it is a made-up ridiculous fee with no explanation behind the justification of this ludicrous sum of money you are trying to rob from me. Photographs of the poorly maintained site with the poorly p
  7. I'm unsure what to do next, would my next step be to request a CCA Request from Gladstones Solicitors or fill in the information provided from the pre-action-protocol-for-debt-claims.pdf document? Just finished reading the Pre-Action Protocol page and it states not to use POP details and to ask this thread for a suitable letter for the Letter Before Claim stage.
  8. Just had a Letter Before Claim notice from Gladstone arrive a couple of days ago. What would you advise I do next? I wanted to see if this is the right time to respond back and dispute the debt as well as what to include in my response. Should I include that ANPR cameras do not have planning permission? Should I question there representatives Right of Audience at the hearing? Gladstone Letter of Claim.pdf I found a template on the MSE forum and I plan on using this on their gladstones solicitors online Reply Form.
  9. 6 years... damn that surprised me.. if I do hear anything else I will let you and everyone on this thread know about it. My defense would be they didn't have planning permission at the time of the fine but I'll just go with the flow and see how it goes.
  10. Just to give an update on this case, I have never received any further information from Minster Baywatch. I never responded to them either.
  11. Here is my 2nd letter from Minster Baywatch, arrived last week on 15th July. I haven't responded to Minster. I will also upload all the photos that I took this morning on a single canvas. Update - Just checked the Cotswold Council Planning Permission applications and nothing is coming up about Minster Baywatch let alone anything about ANPR cameras on poles. I'm going to provide all the information collected and take it to my local press and council to see how that plays out. Would this be a good idea and would it be better if I wait till I receive a L
  12. Hi ericsbrother, Will certainly take pictures around the site and everywhere related to the area in a few days time. A year ago, it was completely free and I have been coming down this place for years before Minster took over the land. I would even pick up the rubbish if there was any, due to wildlife and a swans nest nearby. Probably irrelevant in my defence but last time I was there, the bins were overfilled and there was rubbish blowing around the car park so they're certainly not maintaining the place. Kal
  13. Hi HoneyBee13, Thank you for your time - The nearest cornerstop is about a mile away in South Cerney village. Kal
  14. For PCN's received through the post [ANPR camera capture] 1 Date of the infringement 09-06-2020 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 16-06-2020 3 Date received 16-06-2020 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y/N?] Y 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Y 6 Have you appealed? [Y/N?] post up your appeal] N Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up N 7 Who is the parking company?
  15. Thank you all for the help and the wise words from everyone here. I feel a lot less anxious now that I have descent options around to resolve this with.
