I have cancelled payments to all of them now and also the default date is 6 years this September so will fall off my credit file as I have advised them I just dont want bailffs or the chance of them taking me to court.

I had an old Halifax overdraft account that was sold to Hoist or assigned this account is over 6 years old I offered £100 to full and final partial settlement they rejected that without advising me. then I have offered a further offer although they send me a reply to a complaint saying that they would not accept anything under £600 what do you suggest as the debt is only just under £800 I have advised them and moorcoft that no further payments will be made to them I have been in an token plan payment arrangement of £1 a month with them for some time on advise from stepchange not sure what to do next am a full time carer on benefit and also health conditions what do they expect from me any help would be kindly appreciated.
