Hello, Could anyone help me, my dad past away in 2016 and since then I have been doing what I can to help my step mum. a brief background on her, she was completely born deaf and I'm not sure what other disability she has, 3 years ago she was diagnosed with stage two parkinsons what has now gone to stage 4, I'm really struggling to get over to her to help her, as she can barely walk to the end of her garden now we decided that she should get a mobility scooter how ever she only gets middle rate dla so she cant she would need to apply for pip can this site help me fill in the forms correctly ?
