Hello can anyone help with an oxford road bus lane contravention in Manchester. Loads of people get caught here but I know why , it’s not obvious, and when I realised I did a u turn 3 car lengths in , and I received a ticket in post happened on 20th March bus lane PCN.pdf

It just says parking charge , and thank you for fixing the attachment. ps I just got a bus lane contravention in the post today , I remember going towards this oxford road Manchester and then suddenly remembering it mentioned on here so I did u turn three car lengths into the road . I got post today was driving there on 20/03/20. Do I need to pay this please

why are you using the word FINE in the file titles its a speculative invoice!! for breaking some imaginary contract by driving on to private land. there is no such thing as no stopping, you HAVE to stop even if to READ the signs that tell you the contract T&C that you can't stop.. but the killer here is the land is owned by the railway company and governed by THEIR byelaws.... not some imaginary contract with a powerless PPC that can't enforce legal byelaws anyway..as they are not the land owner.. need the photo don't hide that. just obscu
