  1. Hi Andy Thanks. No I dont have access. I did call them three times to request them and each time was on the phone for over 1 hr, the last call refusing to send them to me, hence the DSAR Can they put adverse markers on my credit file meanwhile?
  2. Hi, I have a dispute with BG about an outstanding bill. I sold my house last year ( Aug) and had direct debits set up for both gas and electricity with them. When the house was sold, I sent them final readings and then received a bill for over £300 for both. I disputed this as I cannot understand how I would owe so much. After numerous phone calls ( some lasting an hour) and passed through to various people, I was told they would not supply me with the last 12 months statements for me to check through. I then sent a DSAR to Centrica asking for all data. They sent me back a reply asking for further ID information which was sent back to them on 3/12/19. To date I have not had a reply nor received my documents requested. However, I have now seen that they have entered adverse credit marks on my file. If an account is in dispute, can they still enter this information on my credit file? Also I am getting constant emails/texts/phone calls from LCS their DCA despite me telling them it is in dispute. I did receive a letter from LCS saying they will hold back until 17/1/2020 but they still keep contacting me. I have received a letter from Centrica this morning to tell me they cannot comply within the given time and will try and get the information to me in the next 28 days. Any help here would be appreciated
