Hello all, I’ve just discovered this page and in hoping that i can get some help, it would be hugely appreciated. I work at KFC and I was a cashier originally but two months ago I became a shift runner. However, my area coach really doesn’t like me and now is demoting me back to a cashier. I had heard that if you are demoted in a work position your pay can’t be cut (it went up when I became a shift runner) is this true that it can’t be true? Many thanks
