HI Everyone I wanted to start a topic to give myself a bit of a timeline and reminders and to gain advice and also help others. I received a letter of clain from Howard Cohen & Co Solictors dated the 03/12/2019. acting on behalf of Hoist Finance. This is for a Barlcaycard debt claimed in their letter from a written agreement on the 19/02/16 with a ballance of £3961.38. Hoist purchased the debt and it wss legally assigned on the 11/04/19. I have today (31/12/19) sent a CCA request (along with £1 postal order) and reply to claim form from previous posts on this website. I will await the response from Robinson Way as they are the company desginated in the letter I send my response to. If anyone has any furthur advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks TTSL
